What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free 10-minute estimate with our clients to discuss their needs. Usually, if they would like to continue, we offer a full comprehensive discussion about their current situation, whether or not they have someone working on their books and if they are happy with their current service.
For businesses, we can piecemeal any of our services that they need, then review their tax returns both for business and personal, and lastly plan their business towards a positive direction for the future.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Trust, quality, and security are three of the most important qualities to look for. Financial information is personal to you, your business, and your future. With an increasing amount of fraudulent tax cases and inaccurate recording of financial transactions, IRS is constantly cracking down and sealing the shortcuts. Here in C York CPA, we value that your trust, quality, and security that you receive are of the utmost importance and that reflects in our work.

What is your ultimate goal? You need to figure out, whether it is trying to make your life easier, finding the cheapest alternative, or etc.
