Introduction: My approach pulls from both intuition and theoretical orientations. I believe in the co-creation of a therapeutic space that is affirming, strengths-based, interactive, nurturing, and supportive. My caring and warm nature allows for empathetic listening listening and collaboration. I believe that that safe exploration of relational patterns, concerns, fears, shame and desire is crucial in therapy. I focus on identifying patterns and belief systems, where and why they originated, figuring out what works and what no longer works, and identifying and strengthening your inner resources. The aim of my practice is to guide you in creating a more peaceful and fulfilling life that is unique to you. Additionally, I am the Director of Clinical Services at the Gender and Sexuality Therapy Collective.
