- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on both an hourly and project rate and typically quote new developments for a flat project rate, which converts to hourly for maintenance and support after launch. Our team is also available to promote and market your website through a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. We manage over $3m annually in AdWords revenue. It's not enough to build your website! We will help get it seen by the right people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is complete satisfaction for every client, and to establish a real relationship. First I listen to the client's needs and specifications, then I return a formal proposal, and from there we collaborate to build beautiful, fast and responsive websites. After that, we market the sites using smart digital marketing techniques.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in WordPress for over a decade on projects ranging from solo artist's websites through to major membership site developments for Wall Street and Park Avenue firms. My sites drive millions of dollars of revenue, and pageviews, annually. I hold an MFA in Creative Writing from the prestigious Michener Center for Writers, and bring a uniquely creative and analytic skillset to every project.
