Introduction: I bring my sincere love for yoga and people in every class I hold. I see a Yoga as the way of inspiring lives and a means of self-discovery. Though I began my Hatha Yoga practice in 2006, I keep striving for new opportunities to share my knowledge and experience. I have taught Yoga to students of all ages. I have an excellent grasp of many asanas, breathing techniques, and mantras, as well as a thorough understanding of human anatomy and the impact of asanas on various body parts. I enjoy providing a well-balanced flow for students that leave them feeling grounded, confident, and relaxed at the end of the class.
