FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before purchasing training, I like to connect with the client over the phone and collect details on fitness goals, medical history, nutritional habits, as well as answer any and all questions you may have. By the end of the consultation, I'll be able to design an efficient program, as well as make a recommendation regarding training frequency, volume, and other important variables as they fit into a regimen to serve your goals. When we meet in person for your initial session, I will introduce you to a simple assessment where you will perform a movement screen that gives me (and you) important information about possible strength imbalances and mobility issues you may have. It's a very quick and harmless assessment, leaving us plenty of time during your session to continue forward with a complete workout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 2012, I've spent a significant amount of time on my education. I am constantly studying and reading about new advancements and concepts in fitness to incorporate into my training methods.
