- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basic description of ⭐ONE HOUR⭐ Usui Reiki session ▫PREP: I will need a few minutes to prepare the space we will be having our reiki session in. Please avoid wearing clothes with metal (buttons/zippers) and to please remove any metal jewerly, as that interfers with energy healing. ▫BEGINNING: We'll have a consultation. During which, I will get to know you a little better, we will talk about your intention/expectations with reiki, and then I can answer any further questions you may have. 〰5-10mins. ▫MIDDLE: I will start the "active" part of the session. During this part I will move my hands in a specific squence and pattern over your body. My hands will likely become hot, but not uncomfortably so. You may also experience some light tingling or twitching in the area where my hands are positioned. 〰40-30mins. ▫END: After the session I will talk to you about any feelings, emotions, sensations, images, etc that came up for you during the session. As well, we'll talk about the changes you might expect after your treatment. I will also dedicate a little time if you need to discuss building tools/goals to help you conquer additional blocks. 〰10mins *I offer all clients pure essential oil aromatherapy, light music, & lighted candles during the session.*

LMRT Certification. Molecular Biology, Pre-Med. B.S. degree. Faculty and Private Teacher (Dance, Voice, & Theatre). Advance study of wellness, nutrition, & body mechanics training. Diverse background in methodology of self-awareness & improvement practices.
