- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge on an hourly basis. One session with me typically lasts 3-5 hours. However, I also offer packages, virtual consulting and customized solutions. Please inquire or visit my website for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will have a complimentary phone consultation in which I listen to your needs. I explain my approach and we together decide if we're the right fit. Then, I'll send you a short online survey to capture contact details, location etc. At our first session, we will tour your space, identify your goal and ideal vision for your space. Then we start decluttering (and after that organizing/storing) the first category. We always use the storage solutions (closets, bins, boxes, etc.) the client already has in his/her home. So my clients NEVER end up spending more money on unnecessary storage solutions. In my opinion, after decluttering, everyone has the right amount of storage space available to store all his/her belongings. (However, if someone wants to upgrade their storage items or better display something, I'm always happy to provide recommendations.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Communication. I'm a Professional Organizer and a Certified KonMari Organizing Consultant.
