- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Million Miles Travel believes in giving you the full price. Quotes will include everything you request, plus optional additions that in our experience makes the trip. If there are any sales, discounts, and other promotions that you are eligible for, you will receive it. You do not have to worry about surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing is to get a full understanding of what the customer wants so I usually have a phone, skype, or email interview getting to know what the client needs. After getting that information, I put together a quote with 1-3 itineraries depending on the complexity of the request. Then off of that first quote(s), I will work closely with the client to perfect the itinerary so it is tailored to their liking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have traveled extensively, done numerous trainings (supplier and destination trainings), and I belong to numerous travel associations.
