Iosif is a terrific trainer. He is always on time or early, and is very professional. But most importantly, he is on top of his game as a trainer. He assesses and knows just how much to push, while keeping it fresh. My prior experience with trainers was drudgery...with Iosif, I look up and our sessions are over. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First off i give a consultation to really get to know my clients and their bodies! I want to know what is it that they desire as well as what are the capable of doing. First couple sessions are the most important to set a proper pace and to design workout that best fits each individual!
