- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Working as an Independent Contractor with SMS ATTORNEYS, my fees are for hiring me as a personal legal secretary which is 10 times lower than what you would normally pay an attorney. I AM NOT A LAWYER LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW. I provide Legal Document Preparation Services. You need to know what you want since I can not tell you what you should do. As a legal secretary, I can provide you the services that you instruct me to perform using my experience in Business Law, Family Law, Immigration Law and Tax Law.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The job usually starts when I submit a quote requesting more information on the case. Once I have collected all the necessary information, I provide an estimated total project cost after carefully evaluating the case and discussing with SMS ATTORNEYS LTD Council. When we settle on a price and a deposit is collected from you, my work as your personal legal secretary will begin instantly and I start producing quality documents that can be used for any legal purpose to get you the desired outcome.
