Cassidy (of Felt) came in, listened to my story, understood my struggles and frustrations and created a custom plan for not only how to help organize my home, but my life as well. And she did it in the most intimate, personal way possible. I felt heard and taken care of. It was therapeutic (there may have been a few tears!) AND productive. I'm now able to go into my closet, find what I need, like, fits and feels good without a hassle or headache, without feeling bad about myself and my mess. And I go about the world differently now, acquiring less, appreciating more. It's a transformation that started with my sock drawer and transcended to my soul and I couldn't be more thankful.

The year is far from over, but I'm willing to declare my time with FELT as one of the most valuable and lasting investments of 2018. I now consider my home a place where I find serenity. This experience offered more than just organizational expertise and encouragement to jettison underutilized goods . It helped me more critically appraise what's important in life. Because the attention was personalized and the service was professional, I didn't feel embarrassed or judged (important when you're sharing with a stranger what's behind your doors and inside your drawers). I am most grateful because being deliberate about what occupies my personal living space has empowered me to be more in control and selective about what occupies my time.

I really had an excellent experience with Cassidy at Felt and I would recommend her to anyone looking to really make a lifestyle change. Make no mistake - this is not a house cleaning. For me, it was a chance to really examine the items in my home and look at everything I owned in a new way. It was certainly hard - but my living space and mindset are transformed, and I feel better than I have in years. I just had Cassidy work with me to edit and organize my wardrobe. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was an amazing experience. She is easy to be around, and helped me edit my clothing down to a quarter of what I had. She also had amazing ideas for rearranging my space to make it more user-friendly and inviting. Just thinking about my closet used to make me feel claustrophobic. Thanks to Cassidy, I now love it. I’m excited to have her back to work on additional areas of my home!

We typically begin with clothes and regardless of location, we go category by category. It's important to gather all objects that belong to same category so you can see all that you have.
