Introduction: As a former competitive swimmer and water polo player, I enjoy giving back to the swim community whether it is for individuals looking to improve their stroke or general comfort with water. I've enjoyed helping adults overcome their fear of water, usually after a traumatic experience. My experience includes teaching mommy and me, children, teens, adults, and elderly. Swimming is amazing for mental and physical renewal.

Lizzy does a fantastic job teaching swimming. Even after the first lesson with her, I already improved my technique. She will always point out where to improve and motivate you to further optimize your swimming. Last but not least, she is also a very warm-hearted character and will always make sure you enjoy each of your lessons. I absolutely recommend her both for beginners but also for more advanced swimmers.
