Introduction: I am a fitness and wellness coach with over four years experience as a tier 3+ Equinox and NASM-certified personal trainer. By designing individualized workout and meal plans, I motivate my clients to reach their physical, mental, and spiritual goals. I create workouts that employ a multi-pronged and integrative approach—encompassing the simultaneous goals of awareness building, weight loss, increased muscle tone, and improved flexibility. Since each workout is a challenging learning experience, I ensure that my clients know how to perform the exercises and understand their ensuing benefits. I emphasize functional training in my workouts, which helps clients to improve physical performance beyond the gym.
Together, we will recognize your compensatory patterns, relearn proper patterns of movement and coordination, and build power and strength, while broadening your scope of physical abilities. I will lend you the knowledge and tools necessary for increasing your determination, self-confidence, and resilience in order to maximize your body’s potential and help you to lead a healthier, more aligned lifestyle.
My specialties include weight, strength, circuit, mobility, and functional training, work with Olympic rings, kettlebells, conditioning, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), yoga and pilates-based training, gymnastics strength training, boxing, core strength, proprioception/balance training, and bodybuilding/hypertrophy.
I encourage my clients to be themselves in every possible sense, while guiding them through their journey of self-development. Taking a client from a novice/inexperienced mover to a point of mastery is what it’s all about, and I would not trade it for the world!
