I was skeptical at first and unsure if I wanted to make the financial or time committment to a life coach. He didn’t try to sell me which was a plus. It took about three months for me to contact him and say let’s go for it. We worked over the course of 6 months on some issues that affected me at work and at home. By the end of 6 months I was doing things I never thought I’d do, like meditation and going to yoga! My productivity at work and my home life improved. He looked at the whole picture. Not just what I was telling him. He saw things I didn’t see. I highly recommend him if you need someone to help you get back on track.”
