- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer single sessions at $90. I also offer discounts on my packages, so the bigger the package the more you're saving per session. I offer 6 sessions, 12 sessions, 24 sessions, and 36 sessions. Based on the person's goals I will recommend the most efficient and cost effective option for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we'll do is meet for an assessment and get to know each other. That will help me understand your goals, timeline, injuries, and limitations so that I can develop the best program for you that will not only help you get to your goals, but also make sure you are safe the whole way through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for almost 3 years and have been strength training for over 4 years. I am certified in working with Kettlebells, have been trained to work with Vipr, and am currently working on my Strength and Conditioning Coach certification.
