FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a FREE initial consultation. If we decide to move forward I will send them a client intake and personal history packet to fill out and send back to me to go over before their first session. The first session we thoroughly go over this and that typically takes 1-1/2 to 2 hours. The fee for that first session is $100. Each session thereafter is $50 for an hour. I do offer a one-time intensive session fee for $250. I also have a three month intensive one-on-one program for $1900 (value $3200) - 14+ hours of phone calls, unlimited e-mail support and loads of information to download and keep. This program has lasting results. In most cases life coaching fees are a tax write off and/or can be paid by your HSA tax-exempt account.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a FREE consultation call to see if we are fit and they would like to move forward with what I have to offer in terms of coaching. When moving forward, the client will then be sent an extensive client intake and personal history form to fill out at their convenience and send back to be at least 24 hours before their initial 90 minute session. From the information gathered I will offer them different exercises and techniques that we can both work on together and some that they will work on themselves. Each session we go over their accomplishments, I will offer new exercises and techniques and tweak anything necessary and discuss what's next to get them closer and closer to reaching their goals.
