Introduction: Lisa Management is a mid-sized real estate management company founded in 1997 to manage the new development of The Hudson Companies Inc. Over the last thirteen years, Lisa Management has grown from a four-person company managing five buildings into a full-service operation with twenty-eight employees managing 2,244 apartments in ninety four buildings located in New York City and its neighboring counties. Of those apartments, approximately 1,071 are subsidized under various government programs such as 421-a and LIHTC for tenants with either low- or moderate- incomes. Our portfolio also includes eighty-four street-front commercial and retail spaces and one privately owned townhouse.

As a management company, Lisa Management excedes all expectations. Property managers are always involved with the tenants and any concerns that may arise. Easy to communicate with and possess a good connection to a series of contractors who do outstanding work. Highly proficient in managing finances, their greatest asset is probably handling budgets. Building owners get the most out of their budgets when dealing with this company.
