- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rate posted is per hour with a 4-hour minimum. Final quotation will be provided after photos/videos of the space to be organized are given, an intake form is filled in, and an initial, free 1/2 hour consultation, is complete. Once a date is scheduled & the job is confirmed, all payments are made upfront via Paypal, Venmo or via Credit Card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon reaching out, a potential client will be asked to schedule a time for a free 1/2 hour initial consultation. Before the consultation, the client must provide before & after photos or a video of the space(s) to be organized as well as fill-in a brief questionnaire. During the call, we will discuss your goals & expectations for the project. Depending on the size of the job, a custom project rate may be given. Once a date is scheduled & the job is confirmed, all payments are made upfront via Paypal, Venmo or via Credit Card. The client is expected to be present during the organizing process unless discussed in advance otherwise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certification through NAPO - the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals and have been an organizer for several years prior.
