- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If interested in working with me, the first thing I would do is schedule an intake phone call or Skype meeting to understand your goals related to your career plan or job search. This helps me ensure our future meetings are as effective and productive as possible and that I'm meeting your expectations along the way. I would do something similar if you are interested in working with me to build a recruiting program for your organization or university.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of experience working in the college recruiting world. I've held high level roles in this function at tech companies and on Career Center Teams at 2 reputable universities. I also specialize in working with college level talent and early/entry-level career professionals, coaching them through career planning, job search strategy development, interview prep, resume reviews, etc. I hold a Masters degree in Human Resources and a Bachelors degree in Organizational Communication. I have presented with NACE (National Association of Colleges & Employers) nationally and MPACE (Mountain Pacific Association of Colleges & Employers) regionally on various recruiting, diversity & inclusion and career development topics.
