Encompass is a small enough company to cater to their clientele yet big enough to meet strict deadlines. I found Encompass here on Thumbtack and was looking for an experienced accountant to assist with a tax amendment. I had a contract on a house and in order to close i had to amend my 2015 return. Encompass was able to step in and quickly correct my personal taxes as well as review and amend my business filings as well. In all i actually walked away with just under 1k (after the amended return and less accountant and late filing penalties). I would highly recommend Ryan and his team at Encompass for both your tax preparation and your tax planning needs! Thanks again Ryan!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for working with a new customer normally starts with a phone call or video conference to review the customer's needs. After we iron out what services are to be provided we send an engagement letter to the customer for signature. Then, the services are provided on an ongoing or one time basis. Satisfaction is guaranteed!
