Their quarterly service really helps keep the bugs under control. We started using them after buying a house that hadn't been lived in for a while. The basement was cinder blocks with a french drain and had a bit of a cricket problem. As in, I'd never seen so many crickets before. Shortly after moving in, we discovered our son was allergic to crickets. So we called Tri-State. I haven't seen a cricket in the basement in years now.And in between you can call them for any problems you find and they'll take care of it, covered by your quarterly service. I found a European hornet in our yard. I called, they came out, verified it was a European hornet, then spent the next hour or so checking every possible place for where a nest might be, from the attic to under the ground. The nest wasn't in our yard, but a lilac bush they were attracted to was. No charge for the visit.Ants showed up on the side of the house and they came out and took care of it.Quality people every time, from those on the phones to those that come to your house.

Excellent work and gave me great advice to help prevent more critters in the future which I loved since they really didn't have to do that. Very nice people and a family company that really seemed to care about my family
