- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being in business for over 30 years, we have always had a fair price structure. At Tri-State Pest Management, Inc. we cherish our seniors and veterans. This is why we proudly offer a 10% discount. It's our way of saying THANK YOU for choosing us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Tri-State Pest Management, Inc. we understand the importance of client communication. We understand pest control is new to you, and that we will need to happily explain the treatment measures needed for your home. We understand every home is different. When you first call, we explain the treatment process, cost, proper maintenance term, and gladly apply any new client discounts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have State Certified technicians who attend yearly seminars to maintain their certifications, and expand their knowledge base. We then use this knowledge to benefit our clients, and keep pests where they belong.
