I loved working with Igor & ModiFloors! They were so professional and responsive; they clearly know what they are doing! I loved how my floors came out. Their pricing was reasonable and I would definitely recommend them for any future flooring needs. They refinished my hardwood floors, laid vinyl in my basement (and took out the gross old carpet!) and replaced the baseboards - all great

We had the pleasure of working with Igor and the team to refinish the white oak hardwood floors of our new home and we were amazed by the final product! It looks like a brand new floor and the attention to detail was great. The team was professional, the dust cleanup was immaculate and they were quick to communicate as well as thoroughly explain the process. Would recommend and hire again!
