They did a great job cleaning out home. We have 2 very furry dogs that love to cover the house in hair... when the cleaning was done, you’d never know we had any pets.

Lily did a good job with another worker. They were professional, thorough, paid attention to the details and my house smelled clean when I came home. In addition, Lily had a good energy and vibe about her putting my mind at ease. My pets were also comfortable around her too. I look forward to working with her on an ongoing basis!

Liliana is AMAZING!! She and her assistant did a wonderful job of cleaning my 2 floor apartment!! What really impressed me is that they spent a long time really going over the details (and I have a lot of stuff!) and cleaning underneath and all around everything which prior cleaning companies/people have not done in the past. I have 4 cats so really getting up all the cat hair is not easy and she did an amazing job!!! Thanks, Liliana!!!!

We were ecstatic about the attention to detail and the pride that Lili took in her work. At the end, she walked us through the townhouse and encouraged us to ask her any questions about the work she had done. We didn't have any questions, because her work was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL AND PERFECT! 😀👏👌🎈🎉 We recommend her to anyone lucky enough to be able to get an appointment.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the times my prices will be a little bit higher the first time cleaning ,because we will spend more time than usual to finish it ,that's why i need to take a look at the home before giving a right price . it needs to be fair for new prospects and me too.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first I need to provide a good customer service make my future clients feel comfortable with me and Try to cover all their needs about cleaning a home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I could tell you that before start working for myself I trained for one year but I may say that I'm training everyday day to make my job better
