Maria, It is unfortunate to see this review from you after you've made it seem that we did a good job. You were billed for what we did and you asked for. When I told you the total price you could have asked to explain if you felt you've gotten "ripped off" .The quote was given to you beforehand and you were aware of all costs. As far as the vacuum situation, You told us the night before we were to arrive at your home via text in the middle of the night that your vacuum was broken so we needed to bring one. We pack our vehicle in preparation for cleaning any home that with supplies we need to bring for the next day by 8pm. In any effort, I went and purchased a vacuum on the spot to use on your home. Nothing was done underhanded or to "rip you off". When we stated we were done and asked if you needed anything else done, you proceeded up the steps checked the bathrooms, windows bedrooms and looked around the kicthen and said there was nothing else that needed to be done and then proceeded to ask "How much do I owe you? " and again the same price quote was given to you. So, what exactly was not done that you were billed for and couldn't speak up about?

Tivona did such a great job! Now my Unit is polished with fresh smell. She has done shampooing the carpets which I thought would have been replaced instead, wiping the floors, cleaning bath rooms and kitchen... everything. All with a very reasonable price. She responded to my request immediately and came all the way to my area on time. She has a positive attitude toward her job. Overall it was a pleasant experience. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When I first work with a new customer I like them to show me the home/space and be specific as to what they are looking for. As they are showing me the home/space I also look for ways to help them save money in the future. Then I complete the task to superb quality and show the customer the work once it is done. If the customer is not home I take photos for them to see the space.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I enjoyed cleaning and while I was in college I paid my tuition by cleaning and cooking for houses around the area. I also cleaned and cooked for other college students.
