Ace of Trades replaced my roof and the experience could not have gone better. Ryan was wonderful to work with. I had a hard time picking out my roof color and he was very patient with me. His workers were friendly, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves every day before they left. I would recommend Ace of Trades to anyone.

I was in the market to purchase a foreclosed home. Ryan from AOT took the time to sit with my wife and I for a couple hours to draw up designs to replace the roof, flooring, windows, and kitchen. He was extremely professional and provided excellent feedback. Afterward, he drew up an estimate so we knew what costs to expect. We chose not to pursue the house, but will definitely use AOT for any future remodeling needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are unique and require individual pricing. however some services such as blow-in insulation have a set price per square foot
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Phone conversation about the project with me personally. Then we will Send a representative to the project location to evaluate the scope of work. Pre construction meeting(s) and weekly/ daily meetings/conversations and updates throughout the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive experience as superintendent for commercial building company. Numerous commercial building projects from the ground up, ranging from schools to multi family 200 room apartments. 15 years of Project management ranging from $100 jobs to $200K projects 12 years as business owner in residential and commercial construction Masters degree in administration.
