- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flooring pricing is hard to give a general price for as each and every floor and layout is unique. Customers get to customize each and every hardwood project from stain color or natural to oil based finish or water based finish to the sheen they want (and that is all for just a sand and refinish)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free estimate to get a feel for what the customer is looking for and the size and time frame. From there we work on scheduling a time to get it done that will best fit the customer's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We currently have 20years experience and learned from a professional with 30+years experience.
