We will clean your carpets/tile/grout with our truck mounted hot water extraction unit also known as "steam cleaning". We ensure that any work that is provided to you will be to your satisfaction. Tony has been coming to our home for years to clean our carpets. My husband and I have been talking about replacing our 13 year old carpets, but every time Tony leaves, my husband and I are so impressed with how great the carpets look, we realize we can put off new carpeting for a couple more years! He is determined to make sure you are satisfied, which we experienced in our most recent carpet cleaning. We had adopted a female dog that went into heat shortly after we got her. There were blood stains in every room of our home. We could not get the stains out ourselves. We had Tony come out to see if he could work his magic on what we thought was a lost cause. He pretreated the carpets and went to work. Once the carpets dried that evening, we could still see some of the blood stains. Tony called to follow-up and we had told him that there was still a little bit of staining, but we didn't expect that it would all come out. He insisted that he come back at no charge and treat the carpets again where the staining was. They now look fantastic and stain free! Tony is very friendly, trustworthy, on time and reasonably priced. We have never noticed any strong odors from his products and my favorite part is that the carpets dry fast. We always try to have our carpets cleaned in the warmer months as I do not like having damp carpet. I highly recommend Tony and hope he continues cleaning carpets for many years to come. We also have our couch and area rugs cleans by Tony at the same time and have always been pleased. I also believe that they (Tony & his wife are a team) clean wood and tile floors.

I have a big dog in the house that likes to go in my pond and play , so you can imagine what that can do to light colored carpet. I hired AMV Cleaning and my older carpet looks new again. I highly recommend them, on time and very professional staff.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process usually begins over the phone. We find out what they would like to have cleaned and when they would like to schedule an appointment. We answer any questions they have and can give them an estimate at that time if the customer would like us to come out and see what they need we can do that too.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It is not required in the state of Ohio to be certified in carpet cleaning. I chose to take the classes and become an IICRC ( Institution of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) Certified Technician.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in various aspects of the flooring industry for the last 20 years just not the cleaning end of it. I had so many customers ask if I cleaned carpets or tile that I realized there was a need for this. So I have been in the cleaning end of it for the last 5 years or so.
