We wanted to have friends over for a Kentucky Derby party with food and cocktails (like mint juleps and other bourbon drinks). Cade created a varied and festive menu including grilled French rack of lamb with mint jelly glaze, warm spinach/artichoke dip, grilled crudite platter with heirloom, local veggies, assorted flatbreads and these amazing chicken wings in three different sauces, among other things. Cade came early to set up tables and chairs as well as having a nice bar display with a bartender who was present to make drinks durning the event.
His professional, easy going attitude made my guests feel at ease and made sure that everyone was taken care of at all times. He even took care of our betting pool and judged our Derby hat contest that I had arranged for the party.
Overall Cade was an excellent choice and helped to make our party one to remember.

This past summer my father rented a vacation home and hired chef Cade to do all his cooking. I was fortunate to spend some time there with my family. I thought chef Cade's cooking was really fantastic. Grilled meats and veggies, homemade cookies and fish tacos were just a few of the highlights. Although chef Cade worked hard, kept a clean and organized kitchen and his meals were delicious, I must say that the overall experience surpassed these sort of compliments. I really thought he was willing to go the extra mile in order to meet our needs (my daughter is gluten free) and elevated each meal to a really relaxing and pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend chef Cade for any catering position.

Cade has been an invaluable member of our household for over a year. His extraordinary skill and integrity are beyond compare. He his extremely caring about his clients, and is especially adept with the difficult and special needs diets. The presentation, preparation, variety and taste of his food is exceptional. His work ethic is above and beyond he always goes the extra mile happily without complaint. We miss him every day, and wish only the best for him and his family. You can't go wrong in hiring Cade.

Cooking and owner care.
Cade prepared gourmet meals while I was the guest of a friend for whom he cooked and did household chores in California and the Jersey shore. He became a friend as well as a chef. I recommend him for an experience you will find delightful. Tim Gilbert

Cade is calm, cool and collected. He has a great presence. In the kitchen he has the confidence to take on any dish. And he does it extremely well. He definitely has, "the skills to pay the bills".
From sweet treats to eloquent meals he is sure to keep you wanting more.
