- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With siding and every house being a little different and all the different styles if difficult to have standard pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After setting up an appoint with dK Exteriors, we first come out to your house and look at the siding or windows that you need replaced or repaired, when we are there we discuss the client concerns about the siding and then take pictures and measure the house. We then work up an estimate based on the clients needs. Once the estimate is excepted we schedule the work. We do small repair project that may only take a day to full replacment of the whole house that could take a couple weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our installers have been through training with the different siding and window manufactures that we install.
