Introduction: My service stands out from all the rest because I have been taught the old-school way to always do my best. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to provide an standard hourly rate, weekly or monthly rate in which can be negotiated. Which should be no less than $15 an hour cleaning. When considering my hourly rate please keep in mind that I do more work in a given hour that you will not regret.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be on the same page as my customers. I would like to flexible with there needs. And to remind them that I am working from them and that I plan to make sure all there needs will be met.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a general contractor by trade for over 25 years of exsperience. I have also done maintenance and cleaning for the last five years. My cleaning services have been commercial and residential. I also am a student at the University of Phoenix. I major in Business Administration.
