Unipest is the best! They’re local, family owned, and when you call there’s a human voice that answers the phone and if there’s a problem, they come out pretty quickly. Amir and Gilberto are very nice technicians and Cardon is extremely knowledgeable! They were just in the Santa Clarita parade!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, a FREE inspection and then a FREE estimate. I describe the options and all the information the customer needs to make an informed decision they’re comfortable with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m XT-2000 orange oil certified and i have both my Structural Termite and General pest license as well as my Agricultural Pest Control license! No one knows more about more types of bugs than me!
