Adrian gave us a lot of ideas about future projects in our home. At this moment, we just painted three rooms (2 bedrooms and an office) that were finished fast and professionally. They also made it easy to pay him in installments and even delaying payment. It was a pleasure to work with him. His painter was always on time and finished one day earlier. We had a bathroom remodeled and mold remediation in our attic. Adrian Silver, Ron Smart and their workers were tremendous in every way - they came out quick, assessed the situation, provided estimates and got to work. They did the job quickly, and they actually found more mold in the attic that we would not have found if it wasn't for their thoroughness. Their communication was constant and consistent - always willing and able to answer any questions. Overall, we were very happy and we will be using them again.May 5, 2016
Painting of master room, hallway, 2 baths. Silver brothers are professional, reliable and great communicators. This is atypical in the industry from our experience. We also had a front door that was a wrong size and could not be returned fitted for our front door with a little ingenuity and skill and it looks great. I learned that sometimes 3 coats of paint is the real need for many jobs when switching colors.Apr 1, 2016

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?When doing rot repair and handy man projects we charge on an hourly rate @ $64.00 hourly per carpenter. At clients request we will start repairs needed. Carpenters will discuss time and materials spent weekly and request a check at that time then invoice with a day or two. Our minimum work request / order are a 5 hour charge to come out and get started. Larger building projects are contracted with our computer generated contracts, with every detail in full description of what we will be doing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We ask our new potential clients to visit our website, and fill out our online form. In doing so we start the relationship right with our clients correct spelling of their name, address, contact information and brief description of their job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our discussions with new clients consist of listening to the what they would like to have done and we help walk them thru whats all involved with their thoughts and ideas, plus discuss past projects and great ideas and products we may have worked with. When we are just painting we send along finish product spec sheets for our clients records and to help inform them of the quality of the products
