- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?An introduction meeting is first scheduled to talk about our customer's goals and expectations. To get to know each other, we are about team spirit so we want to have the connection with our customers. If the customer would like to hire us, then we will send an engagement letter along with a questionnaire specifically for Social Media Management/Marketing. Then the work begins!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started 3 years ago when I helped an entrepreneur with all his technology and online/offline marketing. I have learned so much through this time, and I noticed the need to help business owners who aren't aware how they can save SO MUCH more money with online marketing than traditional marketing. It's important to have a social media presence, and to do it the right way. Your customers are most likely online so make sure to represent your brand with the right content. After noticing all the demand, I got hired as a Marketing Director for a Luxury Company with different entities (Law firm, Luxury Home Systems, and Real Estate). And now, here we are. FDT, LLC is alive and running!
