Introduction: Hello, my name is Andrew, I am a NYC based makeup artist with over 7 years of experience. I have worked as a freelance makeup artist years, growing as an artist and entrepreneur. I am most excited about getting to work on top models and celebrities like Julia Fox and Kelly Osbourne. I am multi-faceted and well trained by some of the industries leading artists. I am available for glam, bridal, editorial and event makeup! I love to collaborate with clients! I would describe my artistry as bombastic, eccentric, instantly recognizable. Unmistakably original, my work is a reflection of my colorful psyche. My interpretation of beauty is detached from any quantifiable reality, any gender, any outdated standard. ​ My career as an independent multinational artist has lead me to the fashion, editorial world and nightlife scenes, where my artistry can live. Working backstage with the likes of Julia Fox, Kabuki, Grimes, Steven Klein, Moschino, V Magazine, Vogue, Sussane Bartsch, etc.. has shaped me as a professional artist. For me, makeup is about telling a story, makeup is a medium that provokes emotion, that teleports the senses, it’s a way to become the fantasy that lies in desire. It is armor it is regalia it is expression, and expression is invaluable.
