FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our pricing may very some. we use a standard program to get the base price. Some times the prices seem silly to me. I would not pay it so , I would not expect some one else to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is always to make a good impression with the customer. If the home owner is not comfortable with us then I would not expect them to want us around. Next is to get a good feel for the job at hand and the expectations of the home owner for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had hands on training for painting , drywall, carpentry , and tile nearing 15 years now. along the way I have been certified in advanced structural drying and water restoration services. We carry a lot of certifications that are more for the benefit of the group ex: basic life saving services
