We use a low pressure high volume wash for roof and house washing. Low pressure wash protects your wooden, and painted surfaces from getting damaged by high pressure. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes on average most of our pressure washing services are .15 cent per sqft. We always like to view a property first to avoid "licking and sticking" a price. Every property is different and may be more or less in cost.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started as a successful full service lawn and landscape company. We found that many of our satisfied customers were asking the question if we pressure wash. After many inquiries we as a company decided to add pressure washing to our list of property management services.
