- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based upon square footage, # of restrooms, # of fixtures(toilets, urinals,sinks and tubs),floor square footage(carpet and tile) and frequency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I complete a walkthrough at the initial job site. I ask the customer exactly what he/she needs done and what not to be touched at all. I describe the process in which we clean and how it stops the spread of germs. I show them the equipment and brand of supplies that we use for advisement that we use eco-friendly supplies that definitely get the job done.
