- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services for any home purchaser are absolutely free. For home sellers I like to understand their financial circumstances prior to deciding on a commission rate. All military sellers are offered a 2% discounted commission, in addition for all listings I take I pay out of pocket for professional photography so your home can have the absolute best internet market presence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet face to face with potential clients to discuss all their wants an needs within a future transaction. It is important to me that a client feel comfortable with my work ethic and what help I can provide them as a professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Army for 6 years and working with real estate for almost 5 years (2 of which I held an active licensure). I have helped multiple clients sell their homes and pride myself in tactful negotiation and strategizing.
