Introduction: I specialize in creating multi-course Thai-American meals for small parties. The meals I make are mostly Thai but occasionally I'll create dishes that are more American but packed with Thai flavors. Regardless, you won't be able to find most of these dishes anywhere else! It's my passion to create meals entirely from scratch, right down to using a mortar and pestle to make an authentic curry paste by hand. As much as possible I love to make dishes that highlight fruits and/or vegetables that are in season.

Went to dinner at one of Brennan's Supper Club nights. The food was amazing in every single aspect. I could smell the delicious aromas when I arrived. Brennan is cooking in the kitchen! The food looked beautiful on the plate as each course was brought to the table. We all sat together at a large table, very inviting atmosphere. Everyone got quiet as the first course was served and then a chorus of "yum, delicious, so good, OMG this is amazing" rang out. As course after course was served hot and delectable, I couldn't stop eating. Everything complimented the course just before it and got you ready for the next offering. It was a delightful experience and one I would definitely repeat.

Brennan cooked his meal in a beautiful new wok that he had recently purchased over an open fire in our back yard! It was really entertaining to watch him cook the meal as the mouth-watering aroma of the perfectly marinated chicken wafted through the air. It was also really interesting to hear him explain all of the different elements of the meal as he prepared it all in front of us, which is something very unique and unlike any other fine dining experience you'll get in a traditional restaurant. I'd like to conclude by saying his papaya salad was one of the most memorable dishes I've ever eaten! The spiciness of the sauce was perfectly balanced by the pleasant cooling sensation from the fresh cilantro and mint. That dish is a must-have if you choose to hire Brennan as your chef, which I really suggest you consider doing. You won't be disappointed!

We hired Brennan to cook for a huge dinner party we hosted. It was an unbelievable success. The meal that he presented was phenomenal. Each course just as amazing as the last. (My mouth is watering just thinking about it.) Brennan's passion for cooking is only surpassed by his ability to perfectly execute those intricate Thai flavors he so clearly loves. Dealing with him from a business standpoint is also a pleasure. He is kind, unassuming, and flexible. I highly recommend you seek him out for a chance to taste his food before he's famous and you miss your chance!
