Introduction: Banquet & Food Personal Service - Wedding Receptions & Parties. Southern Homemade entres, sides & desserts and party "finger foods". Our main courses can easily be labeled "comfort food". Fresh fried chicken, Broiled Tilapia w/rainbow peppers, Herb-crusted chicken, Home-made chicken'n'dumplings, Sliced beef w/gravy and a list of "soul food". When we do picnics, we make home-made sides including pasta salad & macaroni salad, cole slaw and baked beans. Our wedding receptions include a floating reception prior to your main event. Specialty items including cheese ball, special recipe chicken salad, meat balls, a custom wedding punch and seafood if you choose. We also provide personal and family meals. We will work with you to plan a customized meal that your family can come home to after work and enjoy either individually plated or family-sized containers for a delicious dinner.
