- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I never give a quote first thing- everyone's weddings, parties and events are different so you should never get a standard price based on someone else's event. I have a list of basic prices for various services but never one large quote. I like to meet with people, get to know them and their company before agreeing to take on an event
