Introduction: My passion for fitness and healthy living has helped hundreds of kids, adults and athletes lives change. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Westfield State College with a concentration on Movement Science. I am an ACE personal trainer, CrossFit Level 1 Coach, youth strength and conditioning coach and Nutrition Specialist . I have 6 + years’ experience training all fitness levels and ages focusing on one-on-one training, semi-private training, small and large group training and youth strength and conditioning. I also do at-home personal training both one-on-one and semi-private/small group. I focus on Weight Loss, Improving Posture, Building Confidence, Building Strength, Increasing Stamina, REMOVING Stress, Increasing Energy and Mood and you will always Receive CONSTANT Support & Motivation I enjoy educating my clients and sharing my knowledge to help better his or her life. Drew is a fantastic, motivating fitness coach. Love that we have his classes available in our community. He switches up the exercises so it never feels repetitive.

I do 30 minute small group personal training with Drew at Common Fence Point (Seaside Fitness). It has really exceeded my expectations on every dimension and most importantly has been something I have stuck with and very much look forward to. Drew's style works with every fitness level and I've found that as a trainer he is able to motivate me when I'm feeling like superwoman as well as when I'm feeling like I want to crawl back in bed. Love this guy! I also love the people I work out with - this format is really powerful.

A great workout! I have been focusing primarily on heavy weight training, but started to take Drew's classes to add more of a high intensity interval element. I had a blast and have noticed my weight training has improved thanks to my increased endurance. This class is great for men and women, beginner to advanced- Drew guides the students on how to adapt the movements for different fitness levels. Each class has been unique with a variety of exercises and Drew's enthusiastic coaching makes it fun. Highly recommended!

I am in my 50's and am realizing the real difference between being active and being fit . Drew is helping me become healthier and fit in a " no shame" atmosphere . His work outs are challenging and achievable and I have more energy then I've had in a long time!!

Drew is very professional and a fun personal trainer. He varies the workouts each week and definitely puts thought behind what we are doing. He makes us feel like a very valued client. He is always on time, provides additional information via email, and is a pleasure to work with. He has a nice sense of humor but pushes us to meet our personal commitments. Our original goal was to be prepared for our annual hiking trip to Maine and that was met with his help. Looking forward to continuing to work with him in the new year to shape the new us!
