Introduction: My name is Rick Phillips and I have worked in the Personal Computer industry since September of 1996. I would like to offer my experience and expertise directly to the people of Hickory and the surrounding areas. Previously I have been performing these services for Circuit City through their Firedog services, but as many of you know they are no more due to economic hardships all the Circuit City stores in the United States are closing.
With 18 years of experience in this industry I have been involved with personal Computers since they first became a common item and today they are an indispensable part of our lives, yet at times they can be very frustrating when they do not perform as expected. That is where I come in I would like to use my experience to help you utilize your electronic devices to their fullest and take some of the stress and aggravation out of the equation.

Rick is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had him work on my laptop. My laptop had several viruses which he was able to get off my computer. Also, he improved the memory on my laptop. Very trustworthy in that I am a police officer and dont trust just anyone to view personal information I have on my computer.
