Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: The coaches of Impact Training collectively bring over 20 years of experience to each client. As a team, we specialize in a variety of areas -- small group training, endurance athletic, sports nutrition, weight loss and sports rehab. Fitness isn't about getting from one workout to another but creating a lifestyle. We work to create healthy habits that can continue on beyond our gym walls. We work out to live harder, and we urge clients to view it the same way. Getting fit is about being able to live more, experience more and feel confident. Our philosophy is what keeps clients coming back and making life transformations.

I participated in a Small Group Training group. Tina was well organized and very encouraging!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified Personal Trainer through International Sport Science Association. I am currently working towards my second certification in Fitness Nutrition.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Interview your trainer. When I began my fitness journey as the client, I didn't hire the first person I met. It was important that I felt confident with the trainer's abilities and comfortable with them. Weight loss was my goal and it is an emotional journey. It was important for me to look past the initial intimidation and really picture what I wanted my experience to be like.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

There are MANY questions that come to mind when talking with a professional. I think my #1 suggestion would be to ask for results. Trainers are normally fit people, but as a client you need more to relate than the looks of the trainer. I would encourage you to ask to see a portfolio. With social media being the main resource for advertising, look to see if they have a page and check out their success stories.
