Introduction: I am a certified personal trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). I have been a lifelong athlete, former basketball player, marathon runner, and airborne infantryman in the US Army. I now train in functional fitness using bodyweight movements, kettlebells, weightlifting, circuit training, Olympic lifting, and high intensity interval training. I work with my clients to create a personalized program that will help them achieve their goals while learing to be process-focused on the way to achieving those personal goals. Fall in love with the process, and the goals will take care of themselves. My passion for fitness and health is to help people live at optimal wellness over the long haul. There's nothing better than when a client catches a vision of the potential they have to improve their athletic performance, strength, their overall health, and their quality of life. Each person has the ability to function at much higher levels of fitness than they realize, and the majority of the time it is more about mindset than anything else. My goal is to help my clients discover this about themselves.

    Instead of charging an hourly rate, I prefer results-driven packages that will allow my clients to experience positive changes over a period of time

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Since I was a child I've had a natural inclination to athletics and being active. I let myself get out of shape and slip into an unhealthy lifestyle in my late 20s. After beating my body up in the army as a paratrooper, I began taking my fitness and nutrition more seriously again in my early 30s and have seen incredible results with my own health and happiness. I believe there is no better medicine than physical training proper nutrition.
