Premiere Exterior Solutions did a complete siding removal and replacement on our home in the Table Rock Lake area. The house and the site terrain provided challenges for the crew. They tirelessly worked through the issues and a superb looking house was the result. I used LP Smart side and it is a quality and good looking product. In addition to the siding, several decks at the house were refinished. Again, a very thorough and excellent job. Premiere was very responsive to customer concerns. All issues were resolved. The only suggestion is that the crew pay closer attention to not damage landscape items and provide better daily site cleanup. More use of scaffolding vs. ladders is also recommended as some heights were over 2 stories. Overall, very satisfied with the outcome.

I would give 0 stars for sure if I could. This was my first real homeowner big experience besides buying the house and it is true never trust any contractors they will try to take advantage any way they can. Not a good experience. I had Premier quote a new roof and back room (there was water damage from the leaky roof) for me. The guy who quoted me, Rick I believe (no longer with the company) did not add the back room to the quote, he came out a second time I again inquired and was told it did not need to be wrote down on the quote. Long story short I had a different gentleman, Kris (also no longer with the company, as I understand) come to get it finalized and have me sign the contract. He made a huge deal the original bidder did not add my roof had 'shake' that needed removed. Excuse my terminology, my roof was basically the original roof on the house so it wasn't normal sheet wood but what looked like shake with like 4-5 additional shingle layers laid on top of that. It was a BIG job, no question about that. Regardless this was not written in the initial bid even though I took him to the attic to show him what needed done. So I immediately felt like they were 'bait n switchin' me. He had to have phone calls with Ricky the VP outside of my home regarding this original bid. They eventually said that they could do it all for 10k which was more than the original bid, not by much, but I should have known at that very moment to get rid of them. He made it sound like he was doing me the favor when they got it wrong in the first place. If you don't have competent employees that is not my fault as the customer.The guys who did the work on my roof Ben & Andy were fantastic after we started communicating, the company was not honest with either of us. They were very honest with me regarding my roof and I appreciate that and would recommend them any time. They were great. They charge me the week after my roof is complete. The back room isn't done, not even started. I had to reach out to the company who basically didn't know that it wasn't complete but they sure charged me before making sure. They blamed the lead guy on my roof Brandon (no longer with the company), saying he said it was done. Again, no one ever checked or reached out to me. I had to hound them over and over and they always made it seem like it was my fault. I was told well you are only available after 5, or we tried to call you, ect. I have all this still in writing and voicemails still on my phone. So Ben came back out and did my back room in December and it was completed. There is still a pile of wood/stuff in my back yard that was never cleaned up and there is still 'shake' all over my attic. HORRIBLE COMPANY, rude, they try to name drop that they don't mess customers around because their owner is this attorney and he won't do people wrong. That is a laugh now. Also note I don't think anyone who worked/seen/bid on my house is still with the company. Ricky G- trys to blame the customer when I was honest the whole time. I just felt very taken advantage of from this awful company. Lesson learned.

Typically, We are not ones to push back nor argue with a customers valid points. But We will always argue in valid and or out of the ordinary malicious attack schemes.... Let’s do some fact fact checking. 1. We contracted with Mrs Clarke for approx $10,000. 2. The contract should have been for $15,000. Our problem. 3. The job was completed well with in the job scope. 4. At the customers own admission, the workers did a great job. 5. The job turned out amazing especially considering all of the variables. Some of our best work. 6. We are not sheet rockers. However, the customer noted to the original sales rep (Kris) that their was a small area of water damage that she needed repaired. We agreed She put us off until December 26. When the guys went out there her “small repair” turned into an entire hallway. 7. We completed the entire (additional scope) task at no charge. 8. There was a separate part of her roof that was separate from the original contract. 9. She asked if we would replace the 5 sq of roofing separately attached to the house. 10. We went ahead and did it because we felt like it should have been done originally. (No charge). 11. We have noted on file (per Rick W, Brandon, Kris, Ben) regarding several occasions’s that Mrs Clarke made things extremely difficult and challenging on the guys during the entire process. 12. RICKY G, personally (per records) spoke with her as well as via email on several occasions. 13. Ricky G, also ok’d (per records) the extra work scope at no charge. 14. Last we HEARD, the customer was “happy with the work and the freebies”, (per records). 15. That was 4 months ago.... 🤔 speaking of communication???! In response too your comment that you never should have contracted with PES. Hind site is 20/20. We are in business to make money. I guess you must have forget the fact that we also discounted a large sum early on, due to your financial limitations. Conclusion: Our legal team is currently reviewing all of the additional work scope that was completed Outside of the original work related agreement. In short, per so many of our amazing customer reviews. Our companies consistency regarding Integrity, honest, communication and efficiency rules our business model. Day in and day out... Your job was handled with that same type of quality, service and good faith. We do “apologize” of the communication was not stream lined to your satisfaction. We can always use the productive crtisism. However, it is our position that Reviews should be reserved for serious complaints of consumer fraud.... Not for lack of “said communication”. Our group gets the feeling that this isn’t about the amazing job that we did... Nor (per your admission) how much you love the work and the workers. Nor the extra work that we were willed (giving the customer the benefit of the doubt over the contract and sales rep) into doing for free (at the time). Nor the “one star” review for lack of communication??? One should always Be aware of malicious prosecution and its legal prowess. Regards, PES legal team...

Premiere exterior solutions recently asked us to write a review for them. Where do I start. We have never had a contractor expierience as hassle free as this project. They just recentlty finished installing new windows and sidng on our lake home. They under promised and over delivered. When is the last time a home owner heard that? We will definitely be using them again in the future for our personal residence. They were Extremely professional from start too finish! Also, The installer Joe and his crew did an awesome job! We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Premiere Exterior Solutions was great from the very beginning. It started when we met with Ricky regarding our project. He listened to what we wanted and discussed a variety of options at all cost levels with us. We expected a quote in about a week but were pleasantly surprised when we received an extremely detailed quote in just a few hours. Once we decided on Premiere, they gave us an estimated start date a few weeks out. Again, they exceeded our expectations when they were able to start our project almost a week early. Jason and our construction crew were amazing. They were polite, extremely hard working and are even great singers. Jason went above and beyond ensuring we were happy with every detail. The best part is they built us a beautiful 620 square foot partially covered deck in just 10 days. They were able to accomplish this despite numerous changes we made and a couple of small issues. Any issues we had were resolved quickly and professionally. We could not be happier with our experience or our new deck. We highly recommend Premiere Exterior Solutions!

Our house needed a serious update...especially our windows. Premiere installed all new triple pane windows for us. Not only are they beautiful, but our utility bill was almost cut in half! Great price, great crew, and just a great all around experience!
