- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our goal is to help everyone cut their security cost without cuttiing the quality of service. Very many places each year the budget get lower and lower and we understand that so we like to prove the saying "you get what you pay for" wrong. I'm sure I can speak for everyone when I say we take pride in what we do and if we were able to do it for free and still survive we would.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
for a long-term contract- the first two weeks you get two guards for the price of one which include a supervisor on property during the whole shift time, after that is a follow-up every 2 weeks to regroup and to address any questions, comments or concerns that you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
our staff is compiled of military veterans prior law enforcement officers and everyone is certified through the state of Georgia
