I have to tell you that I am usually very skeptical of New trainers but I this is by far one of the best choices I've ever made. Not only was he knowledgeable of both nutrition and exercise regimen he was also courteous aware of my injuries and able to circumvent the work out and have me reach my goals in less than on the ninth is faded definitely worth the money I'm so excited

O'Neil is a great coach! He makes the workout fun and exciting. He's also very knowledgeable of the human body! He's the true definition of a professional, he's great at what he does. Because of Coach Wright my body looks great and I feel like a million bucks. I'm in the best shape of my life right now. I love Oxy Athletics!

Great! Great! Great! Nothing but exceptional results since I've been training with O'Neil. He has an excellent knowledge about the body and worked with me throughout my depression. I was very depressed because of how fat I look! Now I have 6 pack abs! I totally got my confidence back :) Thank you O'Neil and Oxy Athletics!

What must I say? I've been changing personal trainers for 3 years in a row and I've never been satisfied, but right now I've found home. I've only been with Oxy Athletics for one month and my improvements are exceptional! My body is starting to look great and feel good already! I'm really excited to continue working with Mr. O'Neil over the next couple months.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I evaluate the clients needs, then plan the program base on the clients specific goal and implement the designed program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am graduate of the university of Alabama and I coach both college and professional athletes for the pass 10 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well am a former professional athlete and I competed for the university of Alabama. I really enjoy sports and working out so I followed my dream and passion to becoming a fitness coach.
