- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to provide excellent service at a reasonable price. With that said, I will do everything in my power to agree on a fair price with anyone interested in my cleaning services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My primary goal from the start to finish is customer satisfaction and it all starts with good communication. Upon warmly greeting the customer I begin by laying out the cleaning process and address any questions they may have. After completion of the work I give the customer an overview of what was accomplished and invite them to provide any feedback about my services. This allows me to continuously improve my business.
