- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I can perform most services over the Internet, which means I do not have to go to my customers homes and businesses to fix their computer problems. I provide on-site services in the greater Norfolk, Virginia area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically discuss the details of each job with the customer before beginning any work to make sure that I fully understand their computer issues. This discussion occurs both through email and phone before services are started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been building and fixing computers for over 20 years. I was trained professionally by the Navy to work on computerized weapon and radar systems on U.S. Navy Destroyers. I currently work as a full-time IT help desk supervisor and technician.
